Daily Thoughts 04/23/2014

This morning, I checked the Twitter and Facebook for the library.  I also checked the displays and the gift books this morning.

I have a copy of Booklist and the May Forecast from Baker and Taylor to read.  Neil Gaiman has a new book coming out in June, The Truth is a Cave in the Black Mountains: A Tale of Travel and Darkness with Pictures of All Kinds illustrated by Eddie Campbell.

We are giving away copies of Sunrise Over Fallujah by Walter Dean Myers as part of the World Book Night celebration in the teen section of the Mount Vernon Public Library after 4:00 p.m. today.

A sample copy of the ballot for the May 6, 2014 vote at the Mount Vernon Public Library.
